Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Because items are produced in limited runs, I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out so we can help investigate with the carrier.
